FERPA is a complicated federal regulation that academic advisors are responsible for understanding and upholding. This session will will cover the FAQs and facts that academic advisors need to consider related to release of student information. Recommended best practices for release of student information to ensure compliance with FERPA will be identified.

*Implement best practices to ensure compliance with FERPA
